I'll forever miss this building! I lived here for two years between 2022-2024 and it was the best time. The staff are professional and friendly. The place is always secure and the management is on top of its game. The minute I call for an issue I find maintenance at my door within 5 minutes. I cant recommend this place enough.
I toured with Gabby today and I cannot rave enough about her. She instantly makes you feel like you’re touring a community and not just an apartment. She’s very knowledgeable and well organized. No questions will be left unanswered. I am not sure if I’ll end up signing a lease for personal reasons, but Gabby represent Claridge with such professionalism that I haven’t seen anywhere else.
Lived here from 2021 to 2023. The apartments were affordable for being on the park, all utilities included except wifi. The gym is great with a wonderful view and the packages are always placed in the package room in lockers. Washer/dryers on every floor and an additional laundry room. Maintenance concerns were taken care of quickly (granted I didn’t have many thank god). Never had any pest/bug issues. The management team was extremely cooperative when I needed to make a change...
