i must say, i come here all the time and it’s always a pleasure having ella as my bartender! we have the best karaoke nights and it’s such a nice vibe here, never overcrowded and service is immaculate! Ashley is also such an amazing server !
Best dollar tacos in Philadelphia. Don’t go to the other location, it’s not as cute and they charge an extra 33 cents per taco. Why even? The location isn’t even as nice. Also best draft margs. I’ve recommended this place to so so many people who loved it. Great churros too. Hot sauce wall is a highlight. Will forever have Rosy’s in my heart.
All I can so is I love it here!! The food is so amazing and freshly prepared always!! I've never had bad service and late nights are a great vibe

The menu includes tasty options like carnitas tacos, Al Pastor, Pollo Tinga, Shrimp, Chorizo, and a kid's cheese quesadilla, plus delicious vegan options like mushroom tacos. Their chips & salsa are made from scratch, with thick chips that don't break when scooping guacamole and fantastic salsa. The service is friendly, attentive, fast, and great. The restaurant is kid-friendly, offering a kids menu with crayons, highchairs, and a changing table. The space features historic goldleaf floral-painted walls, a fireplace, funky wood seating, and a tin ceiling, with upstairs and outdoor seating in season. A full bar and hightop bar table area are available, with an amazing happy hour. Prices are reasonable, and takeout is packed nicely with enough sauces. Rosy's is a must try.
