Ordering a substantial portion of Peking Duck from Sang Kee Peking Duck was the highlight of my last trip to Reading Terminal Market, and perhaps the entire trip to Philadelphia. I love observing skillful usage of a cleaver.
OMGGGGG - can I buy extra stars to give this review? Cause I would if I could! Peking Duck is one of my favorite all time dishes in life. I have missed having this well prepared since my favorite childhood place here in Houston closed many years ago.
