Savas Brick Oven Pizza

Against my better judgement I ordered Savas for dinner. I’ve gotten the wrong ordered delivered from them multiple times. I got the totally wrong pizza again tonight and called them and said you delivered the wrong pizza. They said well it will be about an hour before another one gets there. I said I didn’t want to eat at 8pm can I just get a refund. “No we don’t do that.” And I said well that’s some really bad customer service. They then proceed to call my phone back to tell me they are blocking me and “get a life you f*cking b*tch.” Please don’t give them business!

I appreciated that they use veggies for the vegan burger.

Customer Service and Ziti on point. Asked for extra meat and they gave me EXTRA. Clearly providing an exceptional experience for their guests. 100% order again.

OMG!!! My job orders from here all the time and I finally went!!!! I had the BBQ chicken pizza and last week and omelet and buffalo wings!!!! Awesome!!!!

Vegetarian options: Got a large veggie pizza, the pizza was great but the fact the person who cut the pizza must of been high or something because a large pie only has 8 slices, so how the hell this one had 15 slices. I wanted a pizza, not veggie bread sticks

It is a good place to eat pizza, and they have variety, and it is economical, definitely recommended

Chilling place for dinner. Not crowded. I ordered buffalo wings which were okay. It was my first time trying it. Will give it a try again next time. The pizza slice was good. The fries were great too. Nice service.

The pizza is phenomenal, especially the Sicilian. They get the order wrong practically every time. Having worked at a pizza place, when I get an order for a few slices, unheated, I immediately put them on a plate and give them to the customer. Here, they wait a few minutes and then produce the wrong order. The one cook gave me the stink eye for correcting him as he tried to give me the wrong order. Still, the abuse is worth it because the pizza is distinctively delicious among many great options in the area.

We were at the hospital for a week, wanted something better than hospital food, so we ordered the veggie pizza here. It taste delicious and absolutely fantastic pizza. Whatever we requested it was on it. The dough is really good and sauce aswell. It was too thick on the edges, but then again different pizzas have different flavors. It was a wonderful break for us from the hospital food. Very Greatfull for the guy who delivered at 9pm. He didn’t come to the room but was right at the Main Entrance.

We ordered online and got there and they made up wait 20-30 mins for it to already be done and they just forgot to give it to us and when we told the employee it’s cold and he said and I quote “ It ain’t cold”, and when we got home it was cold and we called back and the owner told us to dig the pizza out the trash and return it back to the store in 12 degree weather to get our money back. And we asked why do we have to return it and he said he is just gonna throw it out, and then said “ You have to free time” and hangs up the phone. NEVER GO HERE, RUDE EMPLOYEES AND OWNER, SHOULD BE NEVER BE IN BUSINESS, AND THE PIZZA WAS COLD AND TERRIBLE THE MARGARITA HAD NO CHEESE AND BASIL AND WE TOLD THEM TO MAKE IT WELL DONE AND IT WAS LEAST WELL DONE PIZZA IVE EATEN IN MY LIFE.

NEVER GO HERE RUDE STAFF. Ordered pizza and got it 30 minutes later… ice cold and when I called to get a refund, wanted me pick the pizza out of the trash and and walk over in 20 degree weather to get the refund so then he could throw it away. Then he said I have too much time on my hands and hung up on me. STORE NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES SATY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY!
