Schmear (formerly Fitzwater Bagel) on Fitzwater is breakfast sandwiches and bagel sandwiches. The BEC with a hashbrown is good. Scallion cream cheese gets a lot of quality. Bagel sandwiches are double toasted everything bagel scooped with scallion cream cheese and bacon. The go is turkey avocado tomatoes with bacon and jalapeño schmear called “Big Nate”. Space is cute and atmosphere is bright. Women behind counter are kind and accommodating and roll out orders efficiently. Customer service is warm and helpful. Lattes are good. Bagels are lighter than before and have good assortment of standard varieties even around closing time. Food is incredible and deliciously edible. Owners are amazing.
