Got an ice cream cake from here and decoration wise it looked great. However it was super disappointing to realize that 2/3 of the cake was covered in frozen whipped cream. Absolutely was not worth the $60 that was paid for an ice cream cake that was mainly fluff and not much actual ice cream at all.
Their machine that turns hard ice cream into soft serve is so cool! Service with a scowl, so you know it’s real, authentic Philly. The variety of options is kind of dizzying, but at least you can’t say you didn’t find anything you liked.
Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had and it’s relatively cheap. The two times I’ve been to this location the staff was weird, even going as far as hitting on my friend and saying she smelled good.
