Everyone has their own likes and dislikes when it comes to bagels and spreads. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Thomas and I happen to enjoy a conversation with pleasant people. My family likes bagels. Philly bagels has a very good whitefish spread. It’s not super oily and just tastes fresh and they do put a sell by date, which I happen to like. There is a variety of bagels and spreads. I do recommend you try their whitefish spread.
I have been a loyal customer of this place for years, and now I’m moving away so I have to get 2 things off my chest.1. This is the best bagel in philly hands down. No other bagel comes close. When I lived next door I woke up early enough a couple of times to catch them right out of the oven… heaven on earth2. I’m not making any direct accusations.
