“SOUTH restaurant is a gem! The corn bread was on point, and the service was top-notch, saving our night after a reservation mix-up. Jazzy atmosphere and friendly staff made it a great experience. Fried green tomatoes are a must! Just a bit of a wait for entrees. Definitely will be returning.“

“We dined as 4 guests and were warmly greeted at the door. The were very impressed the by ambience of the decor from the entry way table elegantly decorated to the wave of a normally flat ceiling and the artwork on the walls was very empowering. The color scheme made for a inviting atmosphere! Our waitress was very kind and patient, answering ALL of our questions and giving very accurate details of menu options. The shrimp and grits/catfish were both hits with 2 guests while the french toast option was delicious as well. My breakfast platter was very good with only request of a slightly larger bowl of grits, which were amazing. I highly recommend and will return!!!!“

“Customer service was exceptional. Seating area was a bit small but everyone was so friendly and worked as a team. Honestly the best service I ever had. I went for restaurant week and ordered the shrimp creole. Omg I cleaned my plate and was still salivating over the idea of more when I got home. My partner ordered the crab soup and the salmon. Eyes rolled in the back of his head y’all. Everything was so well and for my first time they left a lasting impression. Would definitely dine here again. I’m just disappointed the shrimp creole isn’t on the regular menu.“
