The saga continues. I placed an online order 5 days ago. When it didn’t arrive after an hour I called and was told that it was never processed. The girl answering the phone was ignorant, illiterate and rude and hung up on me then failed to answer the phone when I called back. She finally picked up the phone told me I was getting a refund then hung up again. Well, 5 days later and still no refund of $65.83.
