Horizon Brave

Visiting Philly off and on I love a good Starbucks run. Usually I get the normal smile and rushed cattle like herding that most customers face. Well, cut to me walking into this starbucks and wow, love the vibe and the barista...I think her name was Tzvi. Bright cup of sunshine! Friendly, energetic, definitely stood out. Great service there and makes me wish I lived in Philly! If there's any sort of recognition that the store provides it's employee's please make sure she's recognized. I will be back for a tattoo soon and definitely going to stop by for a cup and a snack!

2 level Sbuxx located in the heart of UPenn campus. Can become incredibly crowded. Most people order ahead online; giant alphabetized order pickup area streamlines process. Upstairs: somewhat quiet seating area. Centrally located on Woodland Walk pedestrian path through campus.Wheelchair accessibility: Would NOT say this location is wheelchair friendly

Everything about this Starbucks sucks. Professionalism does not exist. Barista named Thetis or something was extremely rude, I asked if my order was in front of him as I waited 30 minutes for 1 order of egg bites. He proceeds to sarcastically state that he’s arranging them alphabetically by mobile order. I try to say that I ordered in cafe, and he snaps back at me saying that I interrupted him, and proceeds to tell his coworker about how I “interrupted him while he was speaking”. Such a vile person and I hope he knows it xx

Waited 40 mins for 2 drinks, they were stopping to talk and dance while the lobby is filled with people waiting for their orders! When I asked questions they were rude!! It’s ridiculous! And my drinks aren’t good!!

This place is seriously understaffed. The place is almost always busy as it is right off from the Penn campus. The service is soooo slow - there’s almost no point of using the mobile app because it takes at least 15 mins to pick up an order. Some staff members are nice but many of them are indifferent and unfriendly. Hire more staff!!!!!

Multiple people behind me get their orders before me, they have preferences on who they serve first and it may be motivated by race or looks. The men that works there is pigs and need to be let go immediately, no professionalism. The entire team need to be retrained or revamped with workers who will do their job totally

My sister and I came in yesterday in the best of mood before going to work to grab our morning coffee to start our day to only have our morning ruined by the cashier on register 3 at 8:57am, We ordered our drinks which was a simple coffee and this jealous, prejudice girl who look very unhappy to be there that morning had the nerve to serve two people the was after us before coming back to ask me what was my order. I waited over 15min for a simple hot venti blonde roast with cream and sugar which was giving to me cold!?and my sister waited for at least 25min for her white chocolate mocha. Ridiculous!! You all need to train you workers to separate their personal feelings from work. If she had an issue or problem with us for whatever reason best known to herself because I can’t think of one, she should’ve keep it to herself and serve like everyone else.

We came here 15 minutes before closing. The staff who received my order was tired and on here way home. She signaled that we had to order quickly and hurry out of the shop afterwards. The coffee tasted good.
