THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!! THEY ARE LAZY NEVER WANT TO WORK IVE CAME 4 TIMES IN TWO WEEK THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY ARE CLOSED BUT YET I DECIDED TO ORDER ON LINE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY OPEN DOORS!!! THEY NEED NEW WORKS!
Went here during a weekday afternoon looking for an ice cream and a waffle. Nobody in the store but employees (who looked miserable). After struggling with no help to read the menu, I ordered a simple ice cream with a waffle. They were sold out of waffles. No apologies, just a statement of fact. This means two things- the waffles aren't made fresh, and they don't have enough waffles to last until lunch time on a Tuesday. In a way, I'm sort of glad I couldn't buy a stale waffle with gimmicky ice cream. Thanks, I guess.
Very disappointing. They were watching videos on their phones while making the ice cream (which wasn’t fresh ice cream but was liquid in a carton) and forgetting what people ordered, dropping entire orders into the toppings and having to start over. Staff looked miserable to be there.
Went Today Took My Son & He Had A Hard Time Eating The Ice Cream & Very Short Staff . My 4 Year Old Said Yuck To The Ice Cream. & The Workers Were On The Phone & Cussing & Doing TikToks Smh .
Ice cream was okay. We felt the options were kinda bland. It was empty inside, and we were the only two there. There was no music/anything in the background, and there was old dried up food on the tables. The guy who served was nice, but he didn't seem very happy to be at work.
Tasty cool treat for a hot day! I was a little skeptical about ordering from here because it was completely empty when I walked in the early evening (so I assumed it would be crowded from after-school and -work traffic. However, I'm happy to report that everything I got was great! The rolled ice cream (I got cookie dough) was cold, sweet but not too sweet, and perfectly refreshing. I also got the regular size, which was a good amount for the price. I also got a warm white macadamia nut cookie which was a bit small but at least tasted good. The staff was also friendly and I got to watch them make the rolled ice cream in front of me, which was an unexpected treat. Overall, I would definitely come back here to try some of their other treats!
went there for some ice cream an hour and a half before they closed, so we didn't think anything of it. A couple before us also went in and then got kicked out, with the guy working there later saying that they were closing early before he closed the door. He seemed pretty tired for some reason so I get the mood, but would have appreciated some more explanation or notice (even a sign on the door) saying they weren't open on a Friday. Def a bummer cause we were craving it
Love love loved my first ever rolled ice cream from this spot! I got the cinnamon toast crunch with almonds and roasted marshmallows and it was sooo good. Going back to Philly this weekend and this is definitely on the list of places to stop by again!
Sooo good! We went here on a whim while touring Philly. We got the rolled ice cream and it was sooo delicious. The line to get in was long and now I know why. Totally worth the wait, I wish we had a location near home, yum!
First time having rolled ice cream! For me it was a different experience. I prefer traditional ice cream but being able to customize the flavor to whatever I desired redeemed the experience. The staff was wonderful.

#1-Employees were super friendly and helpful. Wanted a waffle but they were sold out. I was thankful for the refund on the waffle I ordered but couldn’t get. They did me a solid ???Ice cream just wasn’t my cup of tea. I ordered plain chocolate and neither I nor my friend could tell if it was vanilla or chocolate or something in between. Thankfully, it was only $7.99-but I’ll try another place next time.
Workers have no sense of urgency. I wasn’t greeted and when the store phone was ringing one of the workers said don’t answer it. The employee that took my order was on her cell phone the whole time. The place is very dirty as well. There was multiple customers that walked in and left out when they noticed how rude the employees were. This place is the worst I seen as a business I’ll never be returning
The ice cream itself and flavors were a solid 4.. what brings down the points for this place significantly was the service. We ordered two ice creams with roasted marshmallows as a topping.. the guy making the ice cream had a wide open, bleeding, and exposed COLD SORE.. they burn the marshmallow and then BLOW it out!! I mean come on people, we’re living in a post-COVID world, do better.. just.. do better. If you’re going to prepare food behind a glass, the bar is high for hygiene.. put your masks on, don’t blow on my food, and especially DON’T risk giving children herpes in their ice-cream!!
The young man making my icecream barely scraped the ice off the machine when making mine and i had to ask him to remove the ice he put in my cup that was clinging to the icecream. He also started texting someone from his watch while taking my order and then went off to eat an ice cream in the back. My past experience was good here, but coming in on a slow sunday yielded minimal customer service. The woman assisting me for my other ice cream was lovely.
