I have no desire to ever go back for these cookies, though the employee told me they are ranked number three in the country for the best cookies. I don't care if Martha Stewart likes the cookies; I don't.

The chocolate chip cookie was very dark, which is unusual for such a cookie. The taste wasn't anything special. The outside was crispy and the inside was soft. The cookie came warm already. Chips Ahoy makes a better-tasting chocolate chip cookie than this store.

The oatmeal cookie I did not taste, but I was told it was a very buttery cookie, which was apparently different than typical.

I'm sure people like these cookies, and I do not know why.

Atmosphere: long line almost all the time, crowded, lively, and smells delicious from far away

My wife and I purchased the chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, M&M, and a black and white cookie. All of them were excellent, but it was the B&W cookie that blew me away. Excellent take on a childhood classic.

I’m not sure if these are made with brown butter, but they remind me of my favorite brown butter cookies from whole foods! They are crispy but the inside is soft (just how I like them).

I am knocking off one star because I do still think that the ones from whole foods in the freezer section are a tad bit better. Still a great option if you’re in the market!

Definitely can have a line depending on day/time, but overall truly worth 5 stars. I was visiting from DC at the time so I had no idea what to expect at Reading Terminal Market. At some point towards close (maybe 1hr or 30 minutes before) cookies are $1 which I happened into, but obviously you run the risk of them being out of the staples (or chocolate chip). Literally the 6 people in front of me all asked for chocolate chip cookies which they were out of. If you don't have a nut allergy then chocolate chip + nut option was amazing as were the s'mores.

Parking: Busy downtown Philly....so like any other large US city, it can be a challenge and you likely will have to walk a few blocks.

Kid-friendliness: Like a mall but entirely food focused, so yes.

I ordered your Halloween cookie from Goldbelly.com What I received was not even close to what was pictured. I contacted them and of course because the cookie was still a cookie there's nothing they could do. I can't believe your shop thought this was acceptable. I attached 2 photos. One is what you advertised on Goldbelly.com and the other is what I received. Looks like a toddler helped in the kitchen.

I gave this cookie company another shot in hopes they would adhere to my request to no avail. I pay a substantial amount to have well baked cookies. They used to adhere to my requests, but that doesn’t happen anymore. I’m done. You all have lost a customer.

Cookies were decent. Well priced at $2 each. A good selection of flavours. Young girl serving me has to lose the attitude. I wasn’t even taking that long and she visible was impatient about it.
