The Ground Rittenhouse is an adorable stop in Philly with a whimsical, bright interior and greenery everywhere. It offers excellent coffee, exceptional service, and a fantastic atmosphere. The space has a cool, cozy vibe perfect for meeting friends or getting work done. The baristas are chill, friendly, and consistently make well-crafted drinks. The banana bread latte is so good, and the banana bread syrup is out of this world. The matcha is good as well, highly recommended. The staff is amazing and very pleasant. The Ground is also a cute and adorable little shop for plants, with healthy-looking plants and reasonably priced planters. It is a sanctuary where the atmosphere settles nerves and helps you breathe. The menu is very unique, and staff are open to creating the drink you crave. The iced matcha latte with oat milk and rose syrup is a great quality drink, with the rose not too sweet and the matcha flavor standing out perfectly.
