First I will say I love the smoothies!! It’s how they are served. 2 wks in a row staff was so not friendly. Always a few standing around doing nothing on their phones. Not very cleanly touching face& hair etc.. and then touching products. Also wiping stuff from off the counter all over the floor.
I know it’s hard to staff any where today it maybe a hospitality refresher would be good!
