Authentic Afghani restaurant in the heart of Center City. From the outside it looks like a grab and go joint, but once inside you’re treated to excellent service and a quasi-fancy dining experience. Excellent food and a truly pleasant surprise.
We tried this place, because it was close, and I've had Pakistani and Iranian food, but not specifically Afghani before. I am going to be making my husband pick this up, when he goes to Philly! We had the Potato Bohlani, which I think came with the spicy sauce? And a mild green sauce. Delicious. Also got the mixed platter and combination Villekebab.
