Review left for the service. The coffee is fine, pastries are alright, but the baristas are the uppity hipster types who hate everything and you are making it worse by being there and ordering. How dare you patronize this business, like don't you know the baristas would rather be doing anything else than serving you your dumb coffee? That's the vibe. Based on multiple visits.
COFFEE REVIEW ONLY: Second to only Pilgrim in and around Manayunk, Volo offers highly trained baristas crafting specialty espresso based drinks. Often times there is a long line but don’t be tempted to cross the street or settle for something else. If you’re looking for every high quality coffee (or tea for that matter) Volo hits the mark.
This is my favorite place to get food and coffee! The sandwiches are so good, if I could eat them every day I would. I was never a big coffee person but after coming here I absolutely am. I didn't even know coffee could be this amazing but here we are lol. The staff is super friendly! Jude, Ruby and Nick are so nice and welcoming and are great at making drinks. 10/10 would recommend this place and I can't imagine Manayunk without it. Thank you Volo for being the best...
