They are always so friendly and helpful. Food is always up to my standards.
My food was beyond Cold after waiting in the drive thru for so long is it not supposed to be fast food not slow drive thru and Cold food I should’ve gone to McDonald’s at that point at least you’re in there for 3 mins max
Inside was closed, had to use the drive through.

At Wendy's, the chicken nuggets may taste processed, but the service is fast and friendly with a smile. Some employees don't wear gloves, but the food is hot and delicious, with minor mishaps like one onion ring in the middle of a burger. Despite sleepy-sounding staff, the drive-thru experience is enjoyable and worth a return visit. The representative who took the order was pleasant, with a great personality, and the older Black woman at the window provided excellent customer service. However, some employees have been reported to have a major attitude, being rude and aggressive towards customers, which is unacceptable. Overall, the Wendy's experience can be a mixed bag, but the delicious food and friendly staff make it a worthwhile option.
