Mismanaged and slow....Came to drive-thru with a mobile order, was told to come inside because the order "just came in", and to come inside for a simple biggie bag. Order was already done and waiting on the counterAnnoyed mostly because why give the option to use drive thru just to be told to come inside and for the order to be ready? Is that your way of making get extra steps in Wendy's? ??
The dining area is small but sufficient. The food was great! Fries were fresh, food was served quickly and the cashier working the counter was pleasant and courteous. The drive thru seemed to be moving quickly in my opinion, a lot faster than other locations I've encountered where I wait in the drive thru line for upwards of 20 minutes. I read these reviews while looking for the closest place to eat and expect another horrible experience at a poorly managed fast food restaurant. This place was exactly the opposite. It was 1150pm and I used the drive-thru: the fries were hot and fresh, no wait- the entire visit lasted under 10 minutes, the staff/service - excellent!!!
