Great music and the food is good quality soul food!! On point especially when your having a few cocktails. Good Customer service no shady bs. A nice clean classy place in west Philadelphia. And good security ????

When you're told to patronize black-owned businesses Top Shelf is a two-for-one, they have non-alcoholic drinks and great southern food. I was asked to come through for a birthday celebration ? and I was impressed and excited. Catfish nuggets, Mac and cheese, and cabbage. They are known to have great chicken wings and do!
