Starbucks in Phoenixville

“Date: 8/7/25 - This was the first time I was in this starbucks location ( it looked fairly new) & I have to say, I was blown away with the customer service & how welcoming/engaged every employee was. It was a breath of fresh air to be greeted with a hello & goodbye. I spent some time working in the cafe & even noticed employees greeting customers by their names & sparking up conversations with them. Keep up the great service pville starbucks team!“

“Typical Starbucks but the staff is really great. Always super friendly and fast. Only issue is that the inside is the most humid Cafe I've ever been in. Multiple visits and it seems like they have humidifiers running and there's clearly visible steam coming off the coolers. They need to take a look at their hvac because that's a mild issue waiting to happen.“
