In a world where good customer service can feel rare, that kind of patience and helpfulness really makes a difference.

“First time trying after my husband raved about the burger, he was not lying! The size of the burger is huge, toasted brioche bun, just perfect flavoring all around! Now the downside is the mozzarella sticks, the marinara sauce was cold, like not warmed at all and the mozzarella sticks were meh, average. All in all this is a great hole in the wall restaurant and I highly recommend them for a FANTASTIC burger!“

“This is the first Wendy's that I have been to that the lettuce and tomatoes weren't fresh. The burger was dry tasted bland no flavors, worst part the French fries were old. Wendy's fries are thee best, just not at this particular location. Especially because we pay at the least $15 for ONE meal.“

I think the one was new and the one helping her is definitely a keeper. I asked to have my burgers very well done.......the girl training the other girl said no problem. My burgers were very brown just how I wanted them (not microwaved to death). I enjoyed the burgers and the courteous assistance I received. This is not the norm at fast food restaurants. Will return.“
