This is my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. I've been going here for decades. The lentil soup and rice is my favorite and so delicious; it's my comfort food. Yummy!
This is my go to spot for Syrian food in the area. The food is amazing, service is great. The owners you can tell go above and beyond and are very nice. The vibes in the restaurant are amazing, very clean calm atmosphere. Support local restaurants this place deserves your time!
We haven’t been at the restaurant since the pandemic but stopped yesterday for dinner. Being 1/2 Syrian with family from Aleppo I can honestly say it was the best meal I’ve had in the last several years…anywhere! We had spinach/ lentil soup, Laban, lamb grape leaves, taboulleh, assorted fatayer, lamb mishwi platter with hummus and taboulleh and a chicken mishwi platter.
