This place has lost my business for good even though I like the actual food. They refuse to take orders at the counter or over the phone and insist that you use their overly complex kiosk. The items on the pick list require a translator to even know what you're ordering. The website doesn't list all the options like shrimp so I literally can't even order what I want even if I wanted to do their job for them. I've watched people ask to order food at the counter, be refused, and straight walk out (3/4 times I've been!!, so not a large sample size but a consistent theme). Watching angry customers being refused service and told to use the kiosk is so cringy too. I don't know how they keep staff when every person that comes in complains about it, then takes their business elsewhere. I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of that all day. Byeee.

Got salted caramel boba tea and chicken teriyaki bowl. Rice and chicken are old, they taste literally like microwaved food. So hard and dry. Not fresh at all. And boba drink is meh too. Save your money and go somewhere else... the store looks good and clean, give them 2 stars just for the cleanliness of the store.

I will start by saying the staff is always very friendly. My partner and I used to come here all the time but this recent time it seems things have changed in a bit so good way.We got sushi and poke bowls. The sushi rice was crunchy like the boiled minute rice. They cook the chicken in the teriyaki sauce which you would think would help it. Somehow it's dry. It was just overall disappointing.

He listened actively and attentively to make sure that he understood what the exact problem was, and he came up with solutions in an effective manner. They no longer want you to place your order at the counter where you can see what the food looks like. That is supposed to be part of the experience of picking out what you like. I had to order at the kiosk which was challenging. Then I had to wait for them to make it. I also happen to be the only person in the building. It took an extra 15 minutes.I have eaten there many times but this experience means I may not go back. Definitely prefer to place my order at the counter and pick out my food.

I stopped here on a whim for lunch today and will definitely be back again soon! I like the ease of ordering with either a kiosk or employee. Employees were also very friendly, there are lots of customization options and my order was ready within just a few minutes. I loved the freshness and flavor combination found in the shaka bowl, and my matcha fresca was so good I almost ordered a second one to go.... It was refreshing on a warm day like today and wasn't too sweet. Portions with both food and drinks were generous as well. My only complaint is the wasabi in my bowl was buried under a lot of the other ingredients, so I got a VERY large and surprising bite of it. Ha! I'll keep my eye out for it next time. :)

(I mean you, Chipotle)Here's my usual: spicy tuna, avocado, jalapeno, cucumber, crunchy rice, green onions, and chili spices. I get ginger and wasabi inside with spicy mayo on top.
