They no longer want you to place your order at the counter where you can see what the food looks like. That is supposed to be part of the experience of picking out what you like. I had to order at the kiosk which was challenging. Then I had to wait for them to make it. I also happen to be the only person in the building. I stopped here on a whim for lunch today and will definitely be back again soon! I like the ease of ordering with either a kiosk or employee. Employees were also very friendly, there are lots of customization options and my order was ready within just a few minutes. I loved the freshness and flavor combination found in the shaka bowl, and my matcha fresca was so good I almost ordered a second one to go....
