I had an issue at the robinson mall location but customer service/GM were very responsive and corrected the issue immediately. Will be back since it is one of my favorite pretzel places.
My boyfriends food was to hard for him to chew due to not having teeth they were very sweet remade his food and gave him a free drink very sweet people
Best pretzels every single time...they're always SOOO hot n fresh..yum..love this place..I do a lot of catering here it's Soo cheap on ezcater and always sooooo fresh..
