“It has never been anything but a pleasant experience at Kyle’s Cakes n’ at! My husband, daughter, and I love cheesecake and first tried the cheesecake at a farmers market they were at. We knew we wanted to order their cheesecake for our wedding at that point.

Even with all the craziness of them opening their storefront the day of our wedding, they were super accommodating with properly packing the cheesecakes for us to travel a few hours with them. Everything turned out amazing and the cheesecake was a major hit with our guests!

More recently, we went in for last minute cookies for the holidays and Kyle offered to bake them fresh. Of course, the cookies tasted amazing as well! I cannot recommend Kyle’s Cakes n’ at enough!“

Their Country Sourdough has that perfect tang and texture that only comes from true fermentation, no shortcuts. Try out the breakfast sandwiches too. “Oh, the COOKIES!!.Great lunch available with many options to choise from. Two homemade soups daily. Wedding every Wednesday. Unique combinations at times, but dont be afraid to try them.
Grab-and-go cooler always has impressive items to decide on taking home and quiches don't disappoint.
My faves are the Chicken Pot Pie and the Shepherd's Pie.

“Stopped here on a whim while visiting Pittsburgh for the weekend. We were looking to grab a coffee and pastry and found this place close to where we were headed. Let me tell you. I would come here every day!! Delicious. We had an almond croissant, hazelnut croissant and brought some bread home. Just slices the olive loaf. I cannot explain how delicious it is. Keep doing a great job. We will be back when we visit the city again!!“

“A friend asked me to pick up a turtle cheesecake. I go here and the lady says we don’t have any made but I have a carrot cheesecake. So I took that and caught “heck” from my friend because it wasn’t what she asked for. I explained that they didn’t have any so she called and was told yes we have 3 turtle cheesecakes. Last time I buy anything there.“

“Absolutely delicious! What made it extra special is that they partner with Robert Morris University. At the start of the semester, RMU sent an email about signing up for their birthday club to possibly win a cake! I feel so lucky, and the owners were such amazing, lovely people. We brought this cake to a friends house for soup cook-off. Although we were voting for our favorite soup, everyone agreed the lemon cake was the true winner - there were no leftovers! Thank you for such delicious desserts, and also for your kindness!“

Our family absolutely loves Crumbl! We have some local to us and we always manage to hit any on road trips and such while out and about. How could you not want a cookie the size of a small child’s head?! The photos alone would be worth the purchase!

My daughter had her birthday club coupon to use so we stopped at the one at Robinson. There is a self service check out to place your order. We were having trouble figuring out how to get her free cookie on the self check out, and the worker happily helped us.

As always, walking into the establishment, it was very clean and refreshing. The simplicity just makes it! All of the examples of that week’s cookies were set up on the counter to get a good look at for size and design. The pretty pink color of the boxes would just make anybody’s day. Think gifts with Crumbl!

“Hmm... breakfast sandwiches for brunch!? Well, that's what my daughter suggested and that was my first stop after landing at Pittsburgh International Airport. It was a deceivingly warm Saturday afternoon (mind you, it's February 28th). As we drove up, down and around the streets we reached our destination; a little store that can easily be missed with parking for approximately 5-6 vehicles. We walked into the store and the counter is in your face. Oddly shaped with plenty of baked goodies on display.
We ordered an egg, cheese, and hot honey ham on an everything biscuit and an egg, cheese, and bacon/onion jam on a biscuit. As I browsed through the menu... a chicken pot hand pie peaked my interest, so that was added on to my order.
Let's just say that the food was delicious and finger licking is a display of satisfaction. The first bite of the sandwiches was packed with savory goodness... from the buttery and flaky biscuits, to the thick cut bacon/onion jam and hot honey ham; as the egg yolk hangs around for you to take another bite before it runs all over your fingers. The sandwiches did not disappoint. Let's not forget the Chicken Pot Hand Pie... buttery and flaky as you bite through the outside making your way in... the light cream, chunks of chicken with green peas, carrots, celery and onions fills your mouth with a homey new twist of a Chicken Pot Pie. The seasoning was perfect... it was not heavy and not overwhelmed with seasoning.

The day before Thanksgiving the punishes store open hour is 7 am. The bakery is not open. No Facebook update no website update. My family has supported this bakery over 50 years. We have seen changes over the years and we have rolled with other issues this bakery has, but today very poor handling of store hours by the business is the straw that breaks the camels back. I no longer trust this business and will no longer support this business.“
