Great bagel sandwiches

Waited over an hour for a bagel sandwich and a few loose bagels. By the time they picked my bagels they had run out of several varieties I ordered. This place is horribly managed, I would not recommend it to anyone and I won't be back.

Grabbed a bagel for the first time today, even though I've driven by and been in lawrenceville a million times! I ordered the Torta bagel sandwich on a sesame bagel. This sandwich had a has brown, fried egg, cheese, cilantro sauce and chorizo. It was incredibly greasy (as most things with chorizo are) but it was so good! Loved the texture of everything together and thought the flavor was good! Personally, the chorizo could have been saltier and spicier but I thought it was well done! Nice place to sit and have a meeting or meet a friend for coffee. Even at 10am, there was plenty of searing. Friendly, quick service.

The best bagels in Pittsburgh. Coming from a New Jersey bagel expert.

Good bagels, not as good coffee. The windows are beautiful and large but there are no blinds which makes working or studying here hard before noon.

Service was totally fine and the bagel sandwhich I had wasn't bad. The bagels are dry and I found multiple hairs in my breakfast sandwhich. Yes, multiple. And the person I was with found a plastic string in their bagel.

I love this bagel shop. It’s my favorite spot for an Americano. The coffee is great and they don’t charge an arm and a leg. I really like the bagels and I think the bagel sandwiches and food hits the spot for me. I recently really loved their winter soup on a cold day. I’m a Brooklyn native and while I generally don’t have high expectations for a great bagel outside of NYC - I am really pleased with the bagels here. Yum!

I was trying Brooklyn Bagel for the first time so I ordered something simple - a sausage, egg & cheese on pumpernickel. I was not impressed by the quality of the bagel - it was dry! Additionally, the sausage was unreasonably thick. It was shaped more like a meatball than a patty - which was unpleasant and made for weird, unbalanced bites. Bagel spots are limited in Pittsburgh - I was hoping this would be better!

Wow! Just wow! The chorizo on their “torta” option hit just right. Always always always friendly and helpful when questions arise. Thanks for always giving a great experience!

Great bagels and bagel sandwiches in a cozy shop. A definite morning stop if you're in the area for breakfast.

Was looking forward to finally having a decent bagel spot in Pittsburgh that isn't miles away. But it's been disappointing almost every time I go there. My order is either wrong or the bagel is super burnt.

A good place to study or work, but the food and drinks have a lot of room for improvement. The bagel was soggy and salty. Even the plain one, most cream cheese was melted. The coffee was plain. With those food and drink issues, the price seems high.

The bagels are great but switching over to RedHawk coffee is going to tank business. Bring back La Prima or lose everyone to Espresso A Mano and/or Ineffable.
