We were so excited when we heard their food truck was coming to our neighborhood. They were such lovely people too. My husband loved that he could try multiple proteins in his tacos. Not all places let you do that. He loved the chorizo and pork the best. We both felt the Barbacoa was a bit dry. I had the barbacoa in my burrito. Next time, I'll try the chorizo burrito. Everyone really enjoyed it. I think everyone liked them the best and we had several food trucks come this summer....read full review
Food is good...the main guy that waited on me was very happy and very inviting...he even gave my puppy a treat...I got tacos...with beef...very good...spicy sauce on the side with a lime...good greens...good stuff

El Rincón is my favorite place in Pittsburgh! I've been going to the food truck for a while now, and I'm so happy I could finally make it out to Carrick to try out the new restaurant. The tacos are always fresh, and the carnitas melt in my mouth. I had the agua de piña last night as well, and it was perfect! I love these guys so much; best of luck with the new restaurant :)
