I was so excited for chipotle but unfortunately there was no flavor nor cilantro in the guac, pico, and rice. They also had no chips, not a pleasant experience.
I experienced the most amazing service at this chipotle restaurant on 9/9. After a long day, I walked out and my takeout bag broke, sending all of my food scattered on the ground. The workers were so generous and remade my whole order, no questions asked. They even asked me if I would like a drink while I was waiting. Chipotle Mexican Grill on Joseph's Lane offers a mix of experiences. The restaurant is often clean and fully staffed, with friendly and respectful staff who are attentive and efficient. Customers note generous service when orders are remade without questions, and workers may ask if a drink is wanted while waiting. The food is described as normal Chipotle, with cooked rice, bowl perfect, and guac that can be fresh or sometimes almost brown. Portions include kids take out meal and kids make your own taco, though some find the portions very small. The self serve rack may be out of bottled verde sauce and napkins, and the location can be out of forks, ice in the soda machine, and chips. Occasionally the floor has food on it, tables are filthy, and garbage is overflowing, but recent visits have been more than satisfactory with clean tables, well stocked supplies, and excellent service. Overall the restaurant provides not bad food and nice staff, though cleanliness and stock issues can vary.
