this place has the best food I may have ever had from a food truck! just about everything was gluten free. usually there are one maybe two things on food truck menus that are or can be made gluten free, I was happily overwhelmed with choices. the empanada even reheated well. I will 100% be coming to bloom brew every time they are there. I may even travel to eat from this truck, it honestly was that good.

Had empanadas and llanero yesterday from the food truck. Everything was so good! We will definitely be back!
