Dragon Palace offers excellent Chinese cuisine in the Pittsburgh area. The Moo Goo Gai Pan, scallion pancake, and egg roll were cooked to perfection. The Moo Goo had the proper combination of vegetables and tasted exactly as it should. The scallion pancake was crispy and delicious, and the egg roll was perfect. The service is outstanding, with Sandy going above and beyond for customers. The ambiance is good with nice decorations. While the wedding soup and triple delight were flavorful, some aspects like thick noodles and undercooked rice could be improved. Overall, Dragon Palace is a gem worth visiting for authentic and delicious Chinese food.
