This store can't seem to get it right. Ordered a butter pecan latte and got a plain iced coffee. When I ordered my latte they asked if I wanted milk. Don't they train anyone at this location? I'm done.
Horrible experience!!! Sunday I’ve arrived to the drive-through and ordered two caramel craze lattes. I requested no ice and was told that they could not fill my cup if I did not want ice because drinks are billed with ice I told them fine even though I thought that was petty & absurd for a multi billion dollar company to have a policy like. I just had the most amazing experience at the dunkin. Around 10:45am today, April 17th, my card wouldn’t work. We tried and tried to get my card to work, knowing I just got paid (blessed to still have a job in epidemic). The employee in the window paid for my drink for me. I know these are hard times and God bless this man. I am unsure of his name, but he was calm, kind, and willing to work during this hard time.
