Overall, our experience this evening was atrocious. Since we do not have family in the area, every Christmas Eve we go out to dinner. So, a month and a half ago we made a reservation for the four of us for dinner. We had to guarantee our reservation with a credit card and were advised we would be subjected to a $20 or $25 charge per person if we failed to show.
