Continued excellence from Bob the deli king at the Tree of Life Monte Carlo last night. 125 people served lite bites-grilled cheese/tom soup. Nacho bar. Mini pizza. Pasta salad. Mashed potato bar. Veg cups. Fruit. beautifully presented and delicious. He gave exactly what we the hosts asked of him and more. And the number of staff was tremendous. They really outdid themselves. Food for thought catered the Tree of Life Casino night fund raiser last night. The food was great, innovative and delicious! Bobby was very accommodating , his staff efficient and friendly and all were pleased with the nosh! We would definitely hire him again for our events.
