Frances is a cozy neighborhood restaurant with a good cocktail selection and a well-curated wine list. The food is great, including an excellent Caesar salad, delicious mushroom ravioli, and a meatloaf that's not your typical mom's version. The service is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable.
