Worst place ever!! They let people cut in line when everyone has been in line waiting for their pizza.. no matter how long. The Staff treats you like garbage and is inconsiderate to! Do yourselves a favor everyone and go anywhere BUT here! They created a big fight between potential customers and random people coming off the street because of letting people cut in line and not caring. This place is awful!

This place is a dump ..the staff is garbage and serves random people walking in instead of the people waiting in like. Go anywhere else but here

Best pizza around. My fiancè and I love it. We always go there. One of if not the best pizza in Pittsburgh. All the one stars, complaining about the service, i say this: go to New York, see what kind of service you get 😚. Gino and the other guy are always fine to us, and the pizza is terrific. U guys do a great job, at least for the last 8 years we've been coming.

If you didn't get yelled at by the workers you probably weren't at Gino's. Also my pizza was raw and the worst drunk food I've ever had.

I honesty wish I could rate this place with zero stars. Where do I begin.....Worst costumer service I've ever encountered. Incredibly rude to the black male customer behind us claiming "they were closed" when the doors were still wide open and the gentleman only came in 2 minutes after me and my female friend. The owner expressed racism towards that same young male customer as well in the presence of four customer witnesses. The young black male customer was accused by the owner of reaching over the counter, threatening to punch to owner, and apparently broke a table. All of which never happened. There weren't even any tables inside Gino's for the young man to break in the first place. As a witness, it was clear that the owner blatantly lied to an undercover cop sitting outside of Gino's about the young man's actions. The cops sure enough went after the young black man and arrested him. This was racism on the owners (and cops part) when just minutes prior to this incident there was a big fight that broke out inside Gino's between a group of white girls and white guys and the owner failed to take action and tell the cops about that situation. While the young black man was getting arrested, the friend I was with told the owner of Gino's, "no offense but you have to be careful with what you tell the cops especially with the color of that mans skin and police brutality; you could be endangering that young gentleman's life". The owner of Gino's replied to her, "I don't give a f***".

Love this place! Affordable, great slices of pizza. Open late on weekends. GREAT RANCH! The staff is charming. Great little find for sure!

Watched the owner spit up, (honestly on open ingredients) and more importantly harmful words on a young girl paying cash for pizza. while “officials” on duty claim this happens every night! Got recommended here for pizza but not worth the harassment.

If you're looking for a place to get yelled at while ordering your pizza, go to Gino's. This guy and his staff are so rude and will just yell at anybody in his shop! The pizza is overpriced and tastes like cardboard and his staff is trash. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Rude, he called the cops because we said $20!for two slices of pizza was ridiculous. The cops agreed and said he does this nightly. Clearly not friendly or normal....:

Open late on the weekends. Great pizza, locally owned and friendly owner. I live a block away and always stop here for a quick slice of delicious pizza. They also have baklava.

not the place to eat food.... over priced, serves day old slices, sells food someo e has returned, staff has poor health standards, serves SPOILED FOOD and tells you nothing is wrong with it

Can't say for other people. I'm a pizza snob, have tried/eaten pizza I'm 4 different countries, including European, this is one of the best cheese pizzas I've had. Mind you, had only one experience as I no longer live in town and I went there in no rush, lie business hour, but the pizza, sauce, cheese was all perfect...

If you're looking for a greasy cheesy slice of pizza then this is the spot in southside. Their pizza is so good.
