The cutest milkshake shop. Clean and bright interior with friendly staff. We stuck with the traditional flavors including a Cookies and Crème and Vanilla shake. Both were very thick and flavorful.
First and foremost excellent customer service. Exceptional Gluten-Free Ice Cream & Nondairy Milkshakes. The Milkshake Factory has numerous options for anyone who is Dairy and/or Lactose Intolerant. (Lactaid Whole Milk). I'm glad I visited this unique place of business. Astrid is one of the best managers I've ever talked to. Accomated Gluten and Dairy allergy.I will return.

Surprisingly not too unbearably sweet. It's very creamy and having me want more which is dangerous. Inside this Jake shake has like some cookie crumble/oreos. It gives a crunchy bite. Overall, I very much loved it despite the calories Service was swift. Plenty of seating to enjoy their drinks with friends. Definitely a good after dinner date spot.
