Listen, we're not in Kansas anymore. I'm under no illusion that you're going to get real southern BBQ anywhere in Pennsylvania, let alone smack in the middle of the city. So maybe it was because my expectations weren't sky high, but regardless, I was blown away by this joint!! The ribs are fall-off-the-bone, the pulled pork is juicy and flavorful, and the sides are worth the extra cash (particularly the baked beans)!No wonder the door was swinging open all night.
