Food is what you’d expect from a college bar. Average middle of the road. Drinks have gotten more expensive over the years. No longer a cheap college dive bar like it was back in the day.
I miss this place. During my grad school days this was a great spot to unwind a bit after an evening class or grab something to eat during the day in between classes. The drink pitchers are always a hit and I love the gummy worms they put on top. Overall it’s a great divey kind of bar, but for younger college grad aged people mostly.
Ordered a “Bacardi” shot and Whiteclaw, and watched the bartender pour a cheaper rum under the bar. Other than that false advertising, drinks are decently cheap and the environment is laid-back.
