I was excited to go to this place. Cool presentation of drinks and decor. Food good too. However, service and tone of the service was strange and rude. 20% tip is automatic even on parties of 2 so I feel there is no incentive to be friendly.

The food was very tasty but the main reason we were there was for the drinks which were absolutely amazing. The grog was my favorite. There are so many different ways to make a rum drink taste and they mastered them all. Service was cheerful and friendly. The place actually looked like it could be on an island with all he tiki statues everywhere. Excellent stop.

The first bad review I have ever wrote! Hostess was smug and rude, didn’t seem to want our business. You got, we will never go back. Don’t waste your time going here. This place is a joke. Terrible way to run a

The decor makes you feel like you're in tiki heaven and the servers take it to a new high! You get your drinks quickly, they answer all the questions, & you can relax. Only downside is the drinks are filled with ice. Highly recommend requesting light ice or no ice. The flavors and drink cups are great!

Was that the best burger I've had in Pittsburgh?(or was it that stout tiki drink I consumed before hand on an empty stomach?) Whatever the case, this place is good. Gratuity is included in the bill.

On the day we visited, they were celebrating the restaurant’s anniversary party. It’s a fun atmosphere and the staff is very welcoming. We are looking forward to returning.

The did was over priced for what it is. The chairs were these hard metal stools you might find at a pool store. The staff was too busy. It was as if there were not enough

I wish I could give Hidden Harbour more than five stars cause they deserve it. Absolutely top notch in every way, Hidden Harbour is Pittsburgh's essential immersive tiki bar experience. We had drinks, the Port Light and the Painkiller, the fish tacos, the coconut chicken dumplings and the Crying Tiger Steak. Simply put...just delicious. A perfect experience.Kid-friendliness: They have off-menu items specifically for kids. Ask your waitress or waiter.

Amazing in every way but they are closed Monday and Sunday and don’t open till 5. This really impairs my ability to come out.

Hidden harbor will make you feel like you are eating on the beach, drinking out of these cute tiki cups!! The vibes are just so relaxing and decor sends you to another place! The service is great and the employees all seemed so happy. For drinks, we ordered the Fog Cutter, Port Light, and Windwake to drink. The cocktails not only looked amazing but they tasted even better!! The Windwake drink was soooo delicious! For food, we ordered Papas Arrugadas, Wings - Tofu, Veggie Dumplings, and Bread & Butter. The Papas and the Dumplings were my favorite foods. I've never had potatoes in that shape before. They were like smashed? I don't really know hahahah! The cornbread and tofu were also very flavorful and yummy!! If you are in the mood for a fun, tropical, and delicious dinner you have to try Hidden Harbor!
