Tables weren't clean, floor wasn't clean. There was 1 other table of people there and my pancakes still came out stiff and dry. Almost everytime I go there, there's a lacking in customer service and quality of food . They've struggled with workers for at least 10yrs now. It can't be the International House Of Pancakes if you can't produce fluffy hot pancakes. Very disappointed . This must be the sign to stop wasting my money or they need to shut down...

Overall impressed came here late night around 1am and the crew was amazing so shout out to them! The food was fresh and the service was great. Very clean atmosphere. Again shout out to the overnight crew! We will definitely be back.

Everytime I get food from here something is wrong with my food. My omelette has been runny, missing ingredients, thrown together and my pancakes are never the ones I order it's very annoying like ok I got refunded but I'm hungry I want my food that I ordered.
I continue to give the benefit of the doubt because when it's right it's so good but at this point I've been consistently let down might have to find a new breakfast spot
