This particular store doesn't seem to care about customer service. I always get shorted food when I go here. I even boycotted it years ago for about a year and a half. The managers look through you when you have a complaint. The employees are not much better. Going back to my boycott
If I could give 0 starts I would. I placed an order through Uber eats at 8:40pm and they told the driver they never received the order despite the confirmation I received that they had and it was listed as being prepared. They then never canceled the order and the store closed at 10:30pm. Resulting in me having to wait on hold for 15 minutes for Uber eats to cancel my order.
This is the worst KFC in Pittsburgh! They never have product and when you do get your order, it's incorrect! How do you never have Pot Pies, ever?!? You order a family meal of crispy chicken and you come home with more original than crispy? If you want KFC go to Clariton Blvd (route 51). They get it right and always have what you want. The workers are friendly and more helpful! This Mt. Oliver KFC needs new management or new owners that care about the KFC name and food!
