My husband ran up at the very end of the event and got the last order in for the wavy gravy fries. And someone from the truck told my husband, I’m very proud of that gravy. I’m here to say you should be!! The beef flavor was so savory and the cheese curds like the good ones, you gotta have a little bit of squeak. One bite and we were instant repeat customers!

The Dilly Dilly sandwich and potato leek soup were cheesy and delicious, while the poutine was huge and flavorful. The pork bites were surprising and melted in the mouth, paired well with kimchi. The Holy Smokes burger was described as one of the best ever, and the pork belly dish completely changed a skeptic's mind. The Mac and cheese was cheesy and tasty, made with beer for extra flavor. The wavy gravy fries have a savory beef flavor and cheese curds with a nice squeak. Customers also enjoy the BJ Sandwich with its divinely balanced mix of bacon, jalapeños, and blackberry jam. The food truck is highly recommended, or visit the restaurant attached to Velum, where a grilled cheese and a Mexican Coke are the perfect post-game food.
