What a magical place. Lovely modern-but-cozy atmosphere. Great cocktails, delicious brunch, and some of the best espresso I've had in Pittsburgh (make sure to ask for the single origin espresso!).
I started coming to Margaux a couple of weeks after they opened, and it has not disappointed a single time since. The quality of the regular drip coffee is what I would expect from an expensive pour-over at other places; I'd put their coffee up against the very best NYC shops any day. The atmosphere is like nothing else, somehow a mix of a nice cocktail bar and a productive co-working space in one. And the staff are so friendly (even staff on their first or second day!) that...
I thought the coffee was excellent, a second visit confirmed this.
