Best Japanese restaurant in the burgh? Might be. Been here 3 times so far and highly recommended the full Omakase with the sake pairing, the hand rolls for a custom mix and match experience, and the treasure box. The main differentiator from other similar restaurants by far is the fish quality and attention to detail. The fish here is incredibly fresh and is prepared with accompaniments that suit each bite perfectly.
