This is the 2nd time I have got to Panera a few minutes before 11am , stood in line , and by the time it was my turn they told me that I could not order an Egg sandwich because they stop serving at 11am . It was 11am on the dot . More times than I can count they are out of plain bagels . Customer service is 50/50 . I think they have officially lost a loyal tipping customer.
