Papa John's in Pittsburgh

“My pickup order for Pizza and Wings was ready in only 15 minutes after ordering online. That's major a plus right off the bat. Their standard base pizza was good for the price ($10.99 for a one topping regular pie). Nice texture and had decent flavor to it. Wasn't burned or overly greasy.

The Garlic Parmesan wings were tasty, but to be honest they were very light on the garlic flavor. They tasted good, but not what I was expecting for a garlic wing. Could do with a lot more minced garlic and overall garlic flavor.

Pickup was quick and easy. They remembered all the dipping sauces and got the pizza topping correct. This is always a good sign for a pizza place. If they forget stuff or put on the wrong topping, its a red flag deal breaker for a return visit. This place has the basics down well.“

“I've ordered here a couple times now both online and through the phone service and it's been pretty straight forward and easy. There are usually pretty good pizza deals and the pizza is really good! I like how there's always a pepperoncini and garlic sauce in the box. The box also has a seal on it which is cool. Both times the pizza was hot and fresh. The staff are friendly. This pizza shop really takes advantage of modern technology. I'll definitely order again soon!“

“Always great service … picked up my pizza on my home from work … I have a common name so I should have checked the pizza but did not because I Ubered and unfortunately when getting home was incorrect . However after calling them they were more than happy to make things right and got me my pizza correctly within 25 mins … the staff was super awesome ( our mistake ) also my mistake lol but I’m happily on my couch with my pizza the driver was great and friendly I tipped him extra for them going out of there way .. will continue as usual to order from them !“

“Very good pizza awesome that garlic sauce comes with it and the pepper!! Wish they would start making regular hoagies though!! Papadias are ok & good and all, . But not as good as a hoagie! A parmesan crusted hoagie bun would be also amazing!!“

“The Papa John’s in Southside Pittsburgh was amazing! The food was made quickly and service was exceptional. I mentioned in the delivery instruction to look for the UHaul truck (since we were moving) and the delivery driver brought extra plates and napkins based on that detail! It was so thoughtful and on top of that the pizza was amazing!“
