Penn Brewery is a restaurant and bar known for its good beer and full bar selection, although it can be on the pricier side. The food and service have been described as decent. It can be a chill spot, but it might not be the best place for those seeking a quiet environment, as it has hosted events with live music and trivia nights that could get loud. For beer enthusiasts, it offers a variety of flavors, including a pirate-themed selection and a peanut butter stout. The staff, especially Heather, are known for their warm welcome and knowledge about different beers and the brewery's history, making visits more enjoyable. The food is excellent, and the service, though sometimes scattered during busy times, is courteous and responsive. The brewery also hosts events like Festivus celebrations in a large, well-appointed upstairs room, and features beautiful outdoor spaces perfect for having a beer if the weather allows. However, it may not be the best spot for families with young, uncontrolled children.
