“I ordered online for delivery from this restaurant. I had an issue with the DoorDash delivery and decided to reorder. I got a call from them asking if it was a mistake because they notice the duplicate order and name. Very nice and caring on their part for a mistake that was out of their hands.“
“My only objections is that Pizza Hut has swapped to using DoorDash rather than there own drivers. I have had my food stolen by DD more than once.
Fortunately! The manager asked no questions and remade my order when I went to the store to complain. I've always gotten excellent service from the actual staff in this store.
And I miss the amazingly friendly drivers that used to being my pizza to me quickly and consistently!“

“Extremely good service, they're always nice. Being the only pizzahut location really accessible to my current location I can't say I've ever had bad service. Every time I go in its a pleasure to deal with the employees and honestly, despite being a "Pizza Hut Express" The service here is better than when there was actually a fully Pizzahut, the only thing that really bums me out about this place is that you can't place orders for pickup, but that's not too bad as as long as you're in the store and pay for it and are willing to wait the 10 minutes, if they're not busy at least for me, they'll go out of their way to cook an order if it's not in the heating rack already. 5/5 Stars, always gets my service, I just wish it was a full pizzahut over an express.“
“Assuming that you aren’t looking for a Michelin star experience, this place is fine. It’s cheap pizza at a convenience. If you have two brain cells to rub together, you will be able to find it between Starbucks and the check lanes without any issues.
Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza, need I say more?
Parking: You have the entire Target and mall parking lots at your disposal. There will be a spot for you.
Kid-friendliness: Great customer service in general, employees are patient and helpful to kids. For instance, they may help count change or show them how to use their debit cards.
Wheelchair accessibility: The Target store and mall are both wheelchair accessible.“
“Ordered on the website, they put pizza sauce on a pizza that we had ordered with BBQ sauce. It kinda ruined the pizza, but ate it because the store was already closed. Stopped back by the store a few days later when we couldn't get through on the phone. The same person was working from when we picked up the pizza. They made us another pizza right then with the BBQ sauce, it was good.“
“The customer service here is absolutely terrible...the staff is completely unwelcoming and down right nasty . They just bark instructions at you if you want to sit down and eat.. Unfortunately they are the only pizza hut left that you can actually eat in ... The staff will obviously ruin this with their attitudes eventually... The food was delicious as expected but God fir bid they hire anyone pleasant...“
“I was so impressed with Sarah's customer service skills and management skills. When I picked up my order, it was incorrect, I orxered chicken sausage and it was grilled chicen. I was frustrated cause tge lication by by job was closed and I drove accross town, the order was wrong and I was on a time cruch for my lunch break. Sarah reviwed the reciept that printed out and in the system, they both said chicken and did not identify either. I assured her I ordered correctly and re-ordered on my ownto show her. She already said she would make me anotber an identified a system error. While waiting 3 people came in to pick up orders, thats when I realized she waa the onky one working, making food, managing the register, online orders and answering questions. She never git frustrated and when oeople came she had the orders ready. She never got frustrated, she waa just managing. She took the time to great everyone and was polite and professional. I left with a smile cause of her committment.“
“This store is so CLEAN — cleanest takeout Pizza Hut I’ve ever been in. Everything looks organized and ready for operations. My order is always ready, hot, and correct. The staff always greats me when I walk in and they’re quick to grab my order. Even if it wasn’t the closest Pizza Hut to me I’d make a trip out of my way to choose this location.“
