Primanti Bros. Restaurant and Bar offers a mix of reviews. While some diners found the Pit Burger disappointing, others raved about the PJ Reuben sandwich, calling it one of the finest they've ever had. The combination of pastrami, coleslaw, and French fries on Italian bread was a hit. The service was top-notch and efficient. The atmosphere is authentic, but the old building may not be very wheelchair accessible. Many visitors enjoy trying the original Pittsburger and pastrami, both of which are described as delicious. The restaurant is a popular spot in Pittsburgh, with friendly staff. The food is considered excellent and reasonably priced for what is served.
Primanti's is a Pittsburgh staple, especially in the Strip District. Customers were able to enjoy a great Primanti's Sandwich for dinner and watch their favorite team on one of the many big-screen TVs throughout the restaurant. Highly recommended for all that travel to Pittsburgh as a Steelers fan. The burger was amazing, and the server was kind and helpful. Customers were glad they made it a point to stop at the original Primanti Bros. location.
